A/W15 Fashion Report

We can kiss SS15 goodbye as AW15 is here and there’s no doubt about it. It might be the leaves on the floor that gave it away or the return of the pumpkin spice latte.

This post will tell you what’s in and what should be left in your wardrobe.

Three of my AW15 as seen on the catwalk favourites.

High Necks

Basically the opposite to limbo, It’s all about how high you can go. High neck lines are always a fashion comfort when it comes to keeping warm. Try putting something in top to layer up and add a something extra to the outfit. Amen to DKNY and Sonia Rykiel for getting the message.

Check and tartan

Checks and tartan are always in every winter so it’s a good idea to invest in a really nice tartan skirt this winter. Get your Cher from clueless on but pair it with black thights and you’ve got the okay to go enjoy the winter and look good.

Fluff/ faux fur.

From the lining on a leather jacket to gilet, shoes or ear muffs, fur is a must have. Faux of course. Unless it’s an animal that hasn’t died for your fashion sin. E.g Sheep, and anything else that just gets a hair cut.  Some of the big names in the runway that included fur in their items include: Stella McCartney, Lavin, Simone Rocha and Topshop.
